Hội họa cũng giống như một môn thể thao, cần có tập luyện thường xuyên, cho nên khi không có thì giờ vẽ tranh (painting) tôi thực tập phác họa (sketch) để khả năng vẽ không bị lụn bại đi.
Painting is like a sport where you need to practice regularly to maintain your skill level, hence when I did not have time to do full color painting I would do quick sketches.

Below are a few paintings that started out as pencil or conte sketches before being painted in full color digitally. It could take several years between the sketch and the final painting.
