So với Photoshop và Painter là hai đại thụ thì Rebelle trước nhất là rẻ hơn rất nhiều (dưới 100 đô la) và cách dùng cũng rất giản dị. Phần nổi bật của Rebelle là màu nước, rất giống với màu nước thật và trội hơn tất cả những software khác . Màu phấn (pastel) và acrylic của Rebelle cũng giống màu thật.
